Returns & Refunds
Digital goods such as license keys, instructions, software and service manuals are non-returnable and are non-refundable.
Our Returns & Refunds policy only applies to tangible products and lasts 15 days after customer have received the goods by post. The date of delivery, specified in the online tracking information of the relevant logistics companies, is considered the date of receipt of the EMS or DHL package.
Buying Diagnostic kits and parts of diagnostic kits (or any other tangible goods) in our store, you agree that we accept claims for a return (or replacement) no later than 15 days after you receive the package with your order.
To conduct a full check of the diagnostic equipment, you must have a license key (access) for diagnostic software. License keys, we provide our customers only after confirming receipt of packages with orders. We strongly recommend not later than 7 days to confirm receipt of the package with the order and send a request for a license. Thus, you will have at least 7 days to conduct all needed tests and inspections.
If within 15 days you have found a malfunction or improper operation of the diagnostic equipment or any of the elements and they have no visible damage, please contact us immediately. In this case you have the right to make a return and get a full refund of your payment, or initiate a replacement. If you will choose a full refund, your payment will be refunded to the same PayPal account from which your order was paid, but only after we will receive the goods, in full and quantity, and without visible damage of the items. Also, we will refund your postage costs for sending the goods to us.
If you used your credit card for payment though PayPal and you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
You can initiate a replacement only if the items have no visible damage. If items have visible damage, then only the paid repair can be applied, and the buyer is responsible for the postage costs for sending the goods to us and back-shipping of repaired items.
The warranty period is 12 months from the date you received your order.
If you have found a malfunction or improper operation of the diagnostic equipment or any of the elements and they have no visible damage, then the warranty repair can be applied. The buyer is responsible for the postage costs for sending the goods to us. Please use contact us form.
In case if goods have visible damage, which means that the item have ceased to perform their functions, then only the paid repair can be applied, and the buyer is responsible for the postage costs for sending the goods to us and back-shipping of repaired items.
Disclaimer of warranty obligations occurs in the following cases:
- Visible damage of the enclosure, cables and connectors of electronic devices
- Reverse polarity of the power supply of the electronic device, which caused its burnout
- Unauthorized opening of the electronic device case
- Presence of moisture and any liquids in the electronic device
- After 12 months of use
