WARNING!!! BUDS3 software does not work with MPI-2 and MPI-3 interfaces.
To operate BUDS3 you can use the following Kvaser VCI (Vehicle Communication Interface):

    The diagnostic cable is the same one used with the MPI for BUDS1 and BUDS2.

    The most powerful license for BUDS3 software is called "Technical Service Rep".

    In this description, for simplicity, we will refer to this license by the short name MEGA.

    TechnicalServiceRep = MEGA = is an advanced license intended for BUDS3 software developers which gives a privilege of “Super User”.

    This license is not available for BRP dealers. Only some of the extra privileges BRP sometimes provides to dealers to solve certain problems that require special privileges.

    License "MEGA" is designed for advanced configuration of the vehicle's electronic modules, as well for recovering after update faults. 

    Product Lines are supported by BUDS3 and are covered by license Mega:

    • Can-Am Motorcycles (2WV)
    • Can-Am ATV and SSV models MY17+
    • Can-Am 3WV models MY17+
    • SeaDoo PWC and Pontoon models MY16+
    • Ski-Doo and Lynx models MY17+

    In addition to the basic capabilities of the license Dealer (SEA, SNOW, CanAm and All Dealers), the license "MEGA" allows you: 

    • Change the VIN, Model and Engine numbers. 
    • “Flash from file” all vehicle modules.
    • Enable/disable DESS (start vehicle with any key). 
    • Change the already programmed DESS key type: performance, normal, learning, rental.
    • Increase the Total Vehicle Hours. 
    • View more information blocks, like full parameters of vehicle modules. 
    • Activate/deactivate vehicle’s options/modules/sensors. 
    • Increase the power of SPARK 60 hp to 90 hp, GTI 130 to 150, GTI 155 to 170
    • And more, and more...
