Upload Coefficient Files to EMM
Use the Evinrude Diagnostics software “Settings” screen to upload the coefficient file(s) to the EMM.
Select the “Injectors” tab.
Select the cylinder tab for injector being replaced.
Select the “Replace Injector” button.
Use the drop down menu to navigate to the saved coefficient file location.
The coefficient file name matches the serial number of the service fuel injector.
Select the correct file for the service fuel injector.
Select the “Replace Injector” button to start the upload process.
An injector replacement confirmation will appear.
Select the “Ok” button to confirm injector replacement.
An upload progress bar displays at the bottom of the window.
After the upload is complete, the program will return to the “Cylinder” tab.
Confirm the serial number displayed on the cylinder tab matches the serial number printed on the serial number label of the service fuel injector.

Use the Evinrude Diagnostics software, v 6.1 or higher Settings screen to upload the coefficient file to the EMM.
Select the Injectors tab.
From the View Injector window, select the cylinder for the injector being replaced. Then select the Replace button.
Use the drop down menu to navigate to the saved coefficient file location.
The coefficient file name must match the serial number of the injector.
Select the correct file for the injector.

After the upload is complete, the program will return to the Injector tab.
Make sure the serial number displayed on the screen matches the serial number printed on the serial number label of the replacement injector.

IMPORTANT! If you place and pay for your order, indicating the wrong numbers (especially for the CS (Checksum number)), I will be forced to cancel your order and make a refund of your payment, minus PayPal fees for the transaction. Please be careful when placing your order. PCN number is not the same as the number CS. Do not place an order if the Checksum number is missing on the label!
The coefficient file for your injector (s) will be sent within 1-12 hours (after payment) to your email registered with PayPal.
IMPORTANT: Mistakes recording the serial number or checksum can result in downloading the incorrect coefficient file.
